The Cameron County High School Red Raider varsity had three games last week and was able to win two of the contests.

On Tuesday CCHS topped Port Allegany and on Thursday they bested Smethport, but on Friday they dropped a game to Brockway.

In a game switched to the Cameron County Little League Complex due to field conditions, Ty Bauer threw a no-hitter to lead the Red Raiders past Port Allegany, 10-1.

Bauer struck out nine and walked four and allowed just one unearned run on a walk, a stolen base and an error in seven innings of work. Cameron County meanwhile amassed ten hits including three by Adam Streich, two each by Adam Shaffer and Carson Strahl and one each by Dino Brown, Bryce Bauer, Alex Umble and Ty Bauer. Bryce Bauer drove in three and Ty Bauer batted in two to lead the Raiders’ offense. Streich scored three runs and Shaffer and Strahl scored two each against five Gator pitchers.
