Borough Council Develops Nuisance Vehicles Procedures
Procedures have been developed by employees of the Emporium Borough concerning nuisance vehicles scattered throughout town.
Borough Police Chief Dave Merritt presented a copy of the letter that will be sent to the vehicle and property owners that was developed through cooperation between the borough manager, police department and solicitor.
