Borough Dealing With Residents’ Complaints

Members of the Emporium Borough Council are dealing with a number of complaints received from residents.
One property in particular, located on the corner of Fifth Street and Woodland Avenue, has received a multitude of complaints, most specifically related to a number of free range chickens being allowed to roam the neighborhood.
