Cameron County Court Return Day
Probation revocation hearings were held for Andrew James Beck, age 24, of Emporium, during Tuesday’s Return Day proceedings at the Cameron County Courthouse.
Beck was sentenced on October 21, 2014, to serve 30 days to 12 months in jail following three separate incidents that occurred in 2013 and 2014. He entered a guilty plea to one count of possession of paraphernalia for a December 20, 2013 incident; one count of indecent exposure for a July 1, 2014 incident; and possession of a controlled substance, namely Bath Salts, for an August 7, 2013 incident.
