Chapman Sentencing Postponed Again
Sentencing of a man found guilty of sexual violence against a child by a Cameron County jury last year has been postponed again.
Joseph William Chapman, age 31, formerly of Coudersport, Austin and Emporium, will now be sentenced on September 22 on charges of statutory sexual assault and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse (IDSI) with a child. The hearing had originally been scheduled for today (Tuesday).
