Chase the Winter Blahs Away
Cameron County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a taste testing event on Saturday, January 20, from noon to 3 p.m. Erin Solveson will unveil the latest home business in Cameron County.
Earth Below brews kombucha at the home of Solveson and her husband and two daughters. Kombucha is a non-alcoholic, fermented tea which is brewed using live raw cultures. The drink is a probiotic with fizzy flavor combinations.
Solveson says this is the first brewery in the PA Wilds dedicated to kombucha. On Saturday people will be invited to taste the different flavors and purchase the drink.
