Child Solicitation, Porn Charges Against Boro Police Officer

An officer with the Emporium Borough Police Department (EBPD) has been placed on administrative leave after being charged with unlawful contact with a minor and related counts.
Francis Paul Johnson, age 51, of Whitetail Road in Weedville, was arraigned on Tuesday morning at the Cameron County Courthouse on felony counts of photographing, videotaping or depicting on computer or filming acts; unlawful contact with a minor; criminal use of a communication facility (cellular phone) and one misdemeanor count of corruption of minors.
