Yet another study is being paid for to see if it is fiscally efficient to combine the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) with the Game Commission (PGC) or (PFGBC?)…again I say, “Yet another study paid for in order to save money”…
I’m sorry this article is long, but I had to combine topics and study them twice. I wonder if among the things they’ll consider is if they will merge the summary books too; but that may make them too
