Coudy Shuts Out Raiders In Opener

The Cameron County High School Red Raider varsity football team began their 2018 season at Coudersport last Friday but were soundly beaten by the Falcons 71-0. Coudersport amassed 376 yards, all on the ground while the Red Raiders finished with a negative five yards in total offense.
Stephen Kelley ran for 117 yards and a pair of touchdowns while the Falcon quarterback added three touchdown runs to lead the home team. Coudy also got touchdowns from Josh Powell, Dylan Kelley, Mason Klesa and Dalton Keglovits. They did not throw a pass in the game.
Cameron County was led on the ground by Ebon Jackson, who had eight carries for sixteen yards and Wendell O’Brien who added eleven yards on six rushes. Quarterback Nick Peters completed two of six passes, to fullback Logan Ullman and receiver Devin Fowler for minus five yards and he was intercepted twice.
