County Fair Tidbits
The Board of Directors of the Cameron County Fair are busy getting ready for the upcoming fair season. The dates for this year’s event are August 5-12 with a community dinner being planned for the 13th, hosted by the Cameron County Project. Keep watching for more information about that event.
The 2nd Annual Jan Hampton Memorial Zucchini Parade will be held on Tuesday, August 8. Zucchini seeds were distributed in the elementary school this week. Seeds are available for home schooled students, preschoolers, and anyone else who wishes to participate. Please contact Jami Kempher for more information.
