Crosby-Wolfel Hearing Postponed Again

A hearing for an Austin woman charged with homicide by vehicle for a Christmastime accident has been continued until June.
Katelyn N. Crosby-Wolfel, age 21, was reluctantly granted a continuance at the beginning of May by Magisterial District Judge Barry Brown due to her failure to obtain counsel. At that time, Brown stated that if she had not secured counsel by the May 28 date set for her next hearing, she would be represented by an appointed public defender.
