Elk County Fugitive Arrested In New York State
An arrest by the United States Marshals’ Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force on Friday will see a local man returned to Elk County to face sentencing.
John Anthony Raspatello, age 62, of Brusselles Street in St. Marys, was found to be hiding in a camper along Route 219 in Limestone, New York, at around 2 p.m. on Friday afternoon.
