An Emporium woman has been charged with numerous counts in two separate cases related to identity theft and making terroristic threats.

Ashley Jo Callaway, age 31, of Emporium, has been charged with several felony and misdemeanor charges stemming from investigations into incidents that occurred in October and November of 2017.

In the first case, Callaway has been charged with felony counts of forgery and criminal use of a communication facility and one misdemeanor count of identity theft. The affidavit of probable cause on file at Magisterial District Judge Barry Brown’s office in Emporium indicates that police received a complaint from a female victim who is a relative of Callaway.
