Feds Add Charge Against Smith

Federal authorities continue to revise charges against an Emporium man, Thomas Smith, prior to his scheduled trial in U. S. Court in Williamsport.
A new charge was filed against Smith last week, alleging that the .22 caliber pistol he used in the carjacking of an Emporium woman last August was stolen.
