From the Bleachers

The Red Raiders are playing some better basketball as the season goes along but on Friday night they ran into a hot shooting Galeton team that almost threw a monkey wrench in the works. It is rare that a team shoots exceptionally well on an opponent’s court and I don’t have any statistics from the visiting teams, but the Tigers seemed to make just about every shot they took. Trae Smith saved the Raider bacon with what was the best shooting night I’ve seen him have this season, however. But with the Raiders leading by a bucket with the ball under their own basket, it was Jordy Crosby breaking open off the inbounds play for a layup that sealed the win.
