Geelen Sentenced To 5 Years Probation

During November’s Return Day, Judge Richard Masson sentenced James Arthur Geelen, 43, of Emporium, on four charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking and four charges of Theft by Failure to Make Required Disposition of Funds.
