Helzel Heads To Trial
A Cameron County resident will be heading to trial on charges including Indecent Deviate Sexual Intercourse (IDSI) with a Child following jury selection held on Tuesday.
Arthur A. Helzel, age 36, formerly of 12361 Route 120 in Shippen Township, was charged in early 2013 with IDSI, rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault on a child under 13 years of age, indecent exposure and corruption of minors stemming from incidents alleged to have occurred in 2007 or 2008 against a young female who was ten or eleven years old at the time.
