Lady Raiders Suffer Through Tough Week, Prepare For Playoffs

The Cameron County High School Lady Red Raider varsity softball team had three difficult games to complete their regular season and were unable to come up with a victory.
On Monday they fell at Smethport, on Tuesday they dropped a home game to Galeton and on Wednesday were defeated at Coudersport.
At Smethport, the Lady Raiders outhit their opponent but failed to drive in runs in two bases-loaded situations leading to a 5-2 loss to the Lady Hubbers.
“We actually outhit Smethport eight to five,” said Coach Ralph McKimm.
