Local Red Cross Reopens, Hosts Open House
The American Red Cross serving Elk and Cameron counties will reopen the doors of its local office to area residents this November. The humanitarian organization, which aims to alleviate and prevent human suffering across the country, once again has a home base in the St. Marys community.
