Local Sports Hall of Fame Ceremony

Candidates will be inducted into the Hometown Hall of Fame Cameron County Sports Edition this Saturday in the Cameron County High School auditorium.
This year’s five entrants, Jim Thompson, Beth Summerson Lane, Coach Larry Boring, V. Dennis “Huck” Hockenberry, and Fred Williams, were chosen from the list of last year’s nominees. Master of Ceremonies for the evening is Dave LaBrozzi and Jeff Lloyd, one of last year’s inductees, is keynote speaker.
