Members of Emporium Foundation, Inc. (EFI) board paid tribute Friday to two long-term members who recently stepped down from their positions.
Jim Miller and Ed Lundberg, who served for 50 and 47 years, respectively, have stepped down from their duties following nearly a century of service between the two of them.
“This is a real legacy these gentlemen are leaving. Their wisdom throughout the years has been invaluable,” said EFI Administrator Tom Tompkins.
A small reception was held at Northwest Savings Bank, where the EFI board has held their meetings for many years. The two men were presented paintings and thanked for their service to the communities over these past five decades.
