‘More Memories’
John Bixler was a Mighty Mite and one of my favorite teachers. Shortly after I was married, we rented the upstairs of the Bixler home on 6th St. My husband (from St. Marys) did not have Mr. Bixler as a teacher and immediately was on a first-name basis with “John”; however, he was always Mr. Bixler to his student!!
