‘Point; Counterpoint’

In general, whenever a valid point is made there is often an equally valued counterpoint. So if that seems to be an intro to a few issues I want to address, you will understand that my intention is not to belittle another person’s point of view.

So, when it comes to conservation issues in general, or trout stocking issues in particular, it is often a matter of the location in which area of the commonwealth one serves, or is assigned to, that forms one’s opinions. Having been a deputy with the PA Fish and Boat Commission for slightly more than 25 years and having served in three different districts and two of them consecutively, but having retired eight years ago, some of my opinions may not be on the same page as the PFBC district officer from Cameron County.
