Public Meeting Set For Traffic Light

The public is encouraged to attend Thursday evening’s meeting of the Emporium Borough Streets Committee for a discussion on the traffic light at the intersection of Routes 120 and 46.
The meeting will be in the Borough Council Room starting at 6 p.m.
Committee members will review a PennDOT traffic study, photographs of the intersection and potential costs to keep the traffic signal in working order.
The traffic signal has been in an off again-on again mode for some time. It goes into a blinking mode, showing a yellow light for traffic on Route 120 and a red light for Route 46 traffic.
