Raiders Win Two of Three

The Cameron County High School Red Raider varsity basketball team had three games in the week before the holiday break and were able to win two.
After dropping a non-league game to Kane on Monday, they bounced back with a North Tier League win at Austin on Wednesday and then upset Bradford in a home non-league contest on Friday.
On Monday, Adam Shaffer scored a game-high nineteen points but the Raiders fell to the visiting Kane Wolves 58-19. Moe Yarborough and Marcus Brown each netted nine points for the Red Raiders. Senior Derek Rieder collected ten rebounds and Jake Walters chipped in six boards. Brown also led CCHS with four steals and three assists.
