Red Raider Hoop Team To Open Season Monday

The Cameron County High School Red Raider varsity basketball team will begin their 2014-15 season on Monday when they travel to Ridgway. The Raiders were to open at home on Friday against the Kane Wolves but the game was postponed. Kane’s football team just finished up their playoff season and are not yet prepared to begin their basketball season.
The Raider will be under the direction of fourth year coach Jon Songer. Songer is 50-20 in his career at CCHS including a 20-3 mark last season when the Raiders won the North Tier League with a mark of 15-1.
