Reed Appointed County’s Fair Housing Officer

Cameron County Commissioners conducted routine business during a scheduled meeting last Thursday.
Commissioner Lori Reed was appointed the county’s Fair Housing Officer and in a related matter, approval was given for the county’s Fair Housing resolution.
A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was adopted between the county and Northern Tier Community Action Corp. (NTCAC) for management of the county’s Housing Rehab Program in the event the authority was unable to perform the function.
