Reed Sentenced for Failure To Register As Sex Offender

A Tennessee man who failed to register as a sex offender when moving to the Emporium area entered a guilty plea and was sentenced on Tuesday at the Cameron County Courthouse.
Clifford Justin Reed, age 36, who moved to the Emporium area from Clarksville, Tennessee around the first of January, entered a guilty plea to one felony charge of failing to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements stemming from a license plate check on January 20.
