Rep. Glenn Thompson To Visit Local School

Students at the Woodland Elementary School will receive a visit from U.S. Representative Glenn Thompson (R-Bellefonte) later this month, which will include a question-and-answer session with fifth and sixth graders.
Cameron County School District (CCSD) Superintendent Dr. Keith Wolfe discussed the visit with school board members during the regular board meeting held Thursday night.
The visit will include a tour of the elementary STEM lab and demonstrations by students. Thompson will be accompanied by Deborah Pontzer, who specializes in workforce development.
