Road Trips

Recently, a Wildlife Conservation Officer was on the news in Pennsylvania for shooting a bull that was along I95, within the Philadelphia limits, for public safety. I happen to know the guy and know that he is a good officer, a Philadelphia native (not used to bulls) and a nice guy and that he used his best judgement to decide to kill the bull. He did his job and protected people. I’m sure there will be reactions and opinions cast about in every direction on his decision. I give him the benefit of the doubt.

The Harrisburg brass of both agencies touted the event as another tough day in the always busy Philadelphia in a way that always smacks of a backhanded knock at rural areas.
