Romanowski Charged With Felonies Involving Minor

An Emporium man has been charged with four felonies following his inappropriate involvement with an underage female.
Peter Paul Romanowski, III, age 29, is charged with felonies for corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor—prostitution, criminal use of a communication facility, and promoting prostitution of a minor stemming from alleged communications with an unnamed, 14-year old girl on March 1.
According to the affidavit of probable cause on file at Magisterial District Judge Barry Brown’s office, the young girl’s mother contacted Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) on the evening of April 3 to report that Romanowski had asked her daughter for nude photographs of herself.
