Shippen Hears Issues From Several Residents
Several residents attended a recent Shippen Township meeting to discuss issues within the municipality.
One complaint heard by Shippen Township Supervisors concerns junk cars in several locations in the northeastern corner of the county, however, at least one of the noted problem areas is actually in Portage Township.
Supervisor and Ordinance Officer Philip Brown stated that he would check into the concerns, but some of the vehicles may be grandfathered in as an old junk yard.
