Sinnemahoning St. Park Welcomes Spring’s Arrival

 

 

Spring has finally sprung at Sinnemahoning State Park!  The peepers are peeping, baby eagles are hatching, and the songbirds are calling.  Soon fishing and camping seasons will begin!  Welcome, dear spring, we have missed you!

To celebrate the return of spring, Sinnemahoning State Park is offering a variety of programs this month.

Opening Day of Trout Season, Saturday, April 14, 8 a.m.

Statewide Opening Day for Trout is Saturday, April 14th at 8 a.m.  The George B. Stevenson reservoir, Brooks Run, and the First Fork Sinnemahoning Creek have all been stocked and are ready for you and your family!
