Smith’s Health Prompts New Federal Trial Date
Officials at U.S. District Court in Williamsport have announced yet another delay in the trial for an Emporium man charged with carjacking.
Due to reported health problems of a cardiac nature with accused Thomas Smith, the trial has been continued until August 5.
