St. Mark Festival Next Week
The fifth annual St. Mark Festival will be held next weekend, Friday, September 15, and Saturday, September 16, on the grounds of St. Mark Catholic Church on Fourth Street in Emporium.
Festivities will kick off Friday evening with a Spaghetti Dinner at O’Connell Hall from 4 to 7 p.m. The dinner will feature home-made spaghetti and meatballs, salad, bread, dessert, and a drink. Dinners can be ordered for carry-out or delivery, as well. Cost is $8.00 for adults, and children ages 5-10 for $5.00. Younger children eat free.
For guests ages 21 and up, beer and wine coolers will be available for $2.00 each during dinner hours. Throughout dinner, 50/50 tickets will be available, with the winner to be drawn at 8 p.m.
