Theft Charges Against Emporium Woman
An Emporium woman has been arrested on theft charges after withdrawing money from a local man’s account to pay his bail bond and failing to do so.
Brucetta Robison, age 44, of 241 Dexter Street in the Emporium Borough, has been charged with felony counts of failure to make required disposition of funds, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property for an incident alleged to have occurred on July 10.
