Three Additional Suspects To Be Charged In South Mountain Drug Bust
More information has been released pertaining to the search by law enforcement officers of a building where it was suspected drug use was occurring.
Earlier this month, police obtained a search warrant for a gray outbuilding in the 500 block of South Mountain Road. Caretakers for the property, which is used by adjoining residents for storage, reported to police that they had taken a video of suspected drug use while checking on the building after suspicious activities were reported to them.
When the search warrant was executed, police documents show that Jonathan Daniel Aikens, age 29, of Emporium, was found within the structure and searched. Several contraband items were found on his person, according to police, and others were found in his immediate vicinity.
