Two Emporium Residents Face Multiple Drug, Theft Charges
Two residents of Emporium are facing multiple charges related to theft, while one of the defendants faces additional counts for drug possession when arrested.
Co-defendants Caleb Smith, age 25, and Jenna Rockey, age 24, have both been charged with counts related to theft of movable property. Smith faces felony counts of dealing in the proceeds of unlawful activities and knowledge that property is the proceeds of an illegal act and misdemeanor counts of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Rockey faces the same two felony counts plus two misdemeanor counts of receiving stolen property.
