Wandering Aimlessly Sept. 15 Conclusion

As I mentioned in last week’s article, Jake, Mary, and I departed Winslow Hill as darkness was creeping into the valley. We had quite an adventure and had sighted one deer and close to 100 elk. Jake had captured some excellent elk shots with the Canon, and I was anxious to get home and watch Denver play Baltimore in a real game. Little did I realize that the excitement for the day was far from over.
