Weekend in the Wilds Kicks Off Friday Evening

This weekend, Cameron County will host the annual Weekend in the Wilds event, featuring artwork, music, food, fireworks and activities for children and adults.
Weekend in the Wilds kicks off on Friday, July 3 beginning with a Pie and Ice Cream Social at the First Presbyterian Church on the corner of Fourth and Walnut streets from 4-6 p.m., featuring Penn State Creamery Ice Cream and music by Mountain Melodies.
The Cameron County High School will then open their grounds for visitors, with the concession stand to serve sloppy joes, chili dogs and drinks.
