Re your note in Trivia May 31st and the Bair family:
We lived next door to the house at Poplar and Fifth – the Hoffman family bought that house and I remember them showing me a collection of pictures they inherited with the house that were taken by Mr. Bair of Cameron County going back into the 1800s.
