22 County Properties Sold at Judicial Sale

The first Judicial Tax Sale to be held in Cameron County in seventeen years took place last Wednesday, with nearly all of the properties entered into the sale being sold during the auction.
The process began with 52 properties that had delinquent taxes owed from at least three years prior, and none of those properties sold in the last Upset Sale held in September. Upset sales have been held annually throughout the seventeen year period.
