48 Runners Take On Hutton Memorial
Forty eight runners, 28 males and 20 females, ran in the 12th Annual David Hutton Memorial 5K Run and 2 Mile Walk last Saturday.
Samuel Cunkelman (right) from Homer City was the overall finisher with a time of 18:53.9. Lucy Anthony (left) from St. Marys, was the overall female finisher crossing the finish line in 22:03.5.
Cunkelman was the recipient of the “Citius, Altius, Fortius” award for most improved time from the previous year with an improvement of 6 min. 15 sec.
This year’s Scholarship recipients were: Brady Lovett of Emporium and Brittany Szarowicz of Smethport
