4th Grade Learns About… Birds and Bees
The fourth grade students of Woodland Elementary recently made their annual field trip to Sizerville State Park. The event was coordinated by Cameron County Outdoor Youth Activities (CCOYA).
After arriving at the park the students were greeted by Jess Bierly, Environmental Interpretive Technician for Sizerville State Park. After welcoming them, she led them on a hike up East Cowley road approximately 1 mile to a beaver dam. While there she talked about the importance of beaver dams in our environment.
