ADAS Receives Grant For Free Summer Workshop for the Arts
Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services (ADAS) will sponsor a week-long Workshop for the Arts this summer for school-age residents of Cameron County.
The workshop will take place in June and will feature sessions with local artists. Painting-on-canvas courses will be taught by Michelle Rodich; Gloria McIsaac will offer jewelry-making activities; and sessions are also being planned in creative writing, music, drawing and other art forms.
