Artist of the Month
Elk County artist Terry Surra stands out this month at the Cameron County Chamber of Commerce & Artisan Center. Surra, from Kersey is an avid fly fisherman and says his passion or fishing led him to design fly boxes, fishing nets and even branch out into keepsake and potpourri boxes and mirrors!
