Mother Nature was the winner last Tuesday as the Emporium Country Club’s Ladies’ Tuesday League was rained out.
The Ladies’ Thursday scramble was won by the team of Marie Fannin, Linda Slyder, Deanna Tronetti and Connie Jones with a score of 39. (Connie: There is no mention of Harry in this week’s article).
On Wednesday the Men’s Day format was best 7 of 9 on the front 9. The gross place winners were Rick McLean (26), Tim Parsons (27), John Rogers (29) and Tom Kerstetter (31). The net place winners were Phil Jones (19), Rick Olivett (20), Bud Moore (20) and Terry Gabriel (21).
