Blood Drive Exceeds Goal
The American Red Cross Blood Drive was held at the Emporium VFW Rooms on Thursday, December 11th. Although “the weather outside was frightful,” it didn’t keep our dedicated donors from coming to donate! The goal for the day was 30 and we wondered if we could meet that goal. We not only met the goal, we ended up with 43 productive donations! Forty-two donors were presented and we had two deferrals.
