Blood Drive Exceeds Goal
The American Red Cross Blood Drive was held at the Emporium VFW Rooms on Thursday, February 12th. Thirty-seven donors were presented with a total of 39 productive donations. There was one deferral. Goal for the day was 35, so everyone was very pleased once again to go over the goal.
Congratulations to the following donors who were awarded pins: Scott Schloder – 7 gallons; Ken Ostrum – 18 gallons; and Marsha Patros – 19 gallons. There was also a First Time Donor – Ken Geelen.
