Boro Council Working On Landlord/Tenant Ordinance

Members of the Emporium Borough Council are working with Building Inspector Russ Braun to implement a landlord/tenant ordinance to work on problems with a number of properties.
Approximately 20 properties have been identified as possibly having issues that should be addressed through ordinances.
